Lean Transformation and Hoshin Transformation

In May 2015 we discovered Hoshin Transformation Model and this cool video by John Shook.

My entire management team have now seen this video and we used this as a basis to drive own Lean Transformation.  We found it to be a really useful tool to achieve both rigour and balance
